It provides access to a range of features such as real time agendas, speaker profiles, exhibitor and sponsor information, floor plans, partner promotions, and announcements.

In addition, the App may include networking and communication tools that enable you to view attendee profiles, access LinkedIn links, engage in messaging, and request meetings. These features are intended to support professional connections and provide users with a more interactive event experience.

The App is intended for individuals who are eighteen years of age or older or who have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. To access certain App functions, you may be required to create an account or enter a registration code associated with your event participation.

You agree to provide accurate, up to date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if inaccurate information is submitted or if your account is used in violation of these Terms.

The App may display schedules, session details, speaker information, exhibitor listings, sponsor descriptions, hotel offers, room assignments, and floor plans. These items are subject to change at any time and may be updated frequently based on operational needs. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all App materials will remain current, complete, or error free. Users are encouraged to check the App regularly for updates, particularly during event days when schedules may shift.

Our intention is to foster a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for every participant who uses the App. The networking features available within the App, such as attendee directories, messaging tools, meeting requests, and interactive discussion areas, are designed to help you connect meaningfully with others and enhance your overall conference experience. Please note that messages exchanged within the App are not private and may be monitored or reviewed if misuse is suspected.

To protect this shared space, certain behaviors are not permitted. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, threats, or inappropriate language

• Repeated unwanted messages or solicitation

• Impersonation or misrepresentation

• Engaging in discussions or sharing content related to activities that are illegal, restricted, or prohibited under the laws of the country or region where the event is taking place, or under the laws of the United States or any applicable jurisdiction

• Use of the App for commercial or non event related advertising without prior permission

• Uploading harmful, offensive, or misleading content

Any misuse of networking or messaging features may result in:

• Temporary or permanent removal of your messaging access

• Suspension of your App account

• Loss of access to the App for current or future events

• Review of your eligibility to attend the event you are registered for as well as for future events

• Legal action if necessary

Our goal is to create a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

The App may display personal profile information that you provide during event registration. This may include your name, job title, company, profile photo, professional bio, LinkedIn URL, or country. These details are made visible to other attendees for networking purposes.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. This explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and shared, including data connected to your activity in the App. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

The App may link to hotel partners, transportation providers, exhibitor sites, sponsor pages, resource documents, or booking portals. These third party services operate independently from The 2.0 Conferences. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, pricing, policies, security, or availability.

If you choose to interact with a third party service, you do so at your own risk. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.

To enable certain App features, the App may request permission to access your device’s camera, location services, Bluetooth, photo library, or notification settings. These permissions are used only to enable App functions such as QR scanning, push alerts, or proximity assistance.

You may manage or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. Some App features may not function properly if permissions are disabled.

All content within the App is the property of The 2.0 Conferences or its licensors. This includes conference names, trademarks, images, videos, floor plans, artwork, session content, and software.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any portion of the App without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the App. This includes:

• Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code

• Attempting unauthorized access to App servers

• Scraping or extracting data from the App or attendees

• Modifying or reverse engineering any App component

Any attempted or actual disruption may result in account termination and may be referred to legal authorities.

The App is provided as a convenience tool. Access to the App does not guarantee entry into any conference. You must complete event registration, comply with onsite policies, and possess a valid badge or ticket to enter an event.

Misuse of the App may impact your attendance status. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may revoke your access to App features or review your eligibility to participate in current or future events.

We sincerely strive to offer you a smooth and reliable App experience at all times. However, there may be moments when the App performs more slowly than expected or becomes temporarily unavailable. These situations can occur due to maintenance work, connectivity challenges, software updates, or other technical factors that may be outside of our immediate control. We truly appreciate your patience during such moments.

Although we do our very best to address issues promptly, we kindly ask for your understanding that uninterrupted service cannot always be guaranteed. From time to time, certain features may be adjusted, updated, or quietly retired in order to improve the overall functionality of the App. We will always aim to make such transitions as seamless as possible for you.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the App or its content.

We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some limitations may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 2.0 Conferences is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages related to your use of the App. This includes damages resulting from attendee interactions, messaging misuse, data loss, or third party services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for event registration, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The 2.0 Conferences, its affiliates, representatives, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms. This includes issues related to your content, interactions, account activity, or misuse of App features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your App access at any time if you violate these Terms, if your account poses a security risk, or if required by law. We may take additional action if your conduct impacts the event or other participants.

Termination may occur without prior notice. We are not obligated to reinstate access under any circumstances.

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. By using the App, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes occur, we may notify users within the App. Your continued use after such modifications signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
